Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day return period — well above the legally required 14 days — so you have plenty of time to evaluate your purchase.

30-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase. During this period, you can easily register your return online.

Easy returns via your account or tracking link

Returning an item is simple:

  • Log into your account on our website, or
  • Use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email.

From there, you can select which items you'd like to return and state the reason. Based on your input, the system will determine whether you receive a free return label, or if you need to return the item yourself.

Also return in-store

You can also return your item free of charge in our store. Bring the item and your order confirmation, and we'll handle it at the counter. You can even exchange it on the spot if you wish.

When is return shipping free?

We cover the return shipping cost if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival,
  • You received the wrong product,
  • You return it in-store.

In all other cases (e.g., change of mind, wrong size or color), return costs are your responsibility.

What will you be refunded?

Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be refunded:

  • The full purchase price of the returned item(s),
  • Any shipping costs paid with the original order.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and – where possible – in their original packaging.
If the item was used more than needed for inspection, a reduction in value may apply.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund as quickly as possible — no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item(s) or in-store.

Large or heavy items (pallet delivery)

Some items are delivered on a pallet due to their size or weight. These cannot be returned via standard parcel services.

In these cases, we will contact you after you register your return to discuss the best solution. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Arrange a courier pick-up,
  • Ask you to prepare the item for collection,
  • Or pick it up ourselves with one of our drivers.

We always strive to find a solution that works for both sides.
