Information on delivery, shipping, and store pickup.

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Amsterdam. In addition, of course, you also have the option to come and pick up your fitness equipment yourself. Below, you will find an overview of the different options.

For items up to 31 kg, the fastest delivery method.
Possible for:

Small items up to 31 kg

Characteristics
  • Delivery generally between 2 and 5 working days
  • Second delivery attempt in case of absence
  • Otherwise, delivery at a relay point
Dachser

Dachser

Heavy and bulky orders are delivered on a pallet by Dachser Logistics
Possible for:

Cardio equipment and weight training stations

Characteristics
  • Delivery within a period between 2 and 7 working days
  • Delivery by appointment
  • Ordered before 4:00 PM, shipped the next day
  • Shipping costs based on the postal code and weight of the order

The available delivery methods for each order are displayed as soon as you add items to your cart.

Pickup at the store

In addition to delivery, it is of course possible to pick up orders from us. You can do this in our showroom and store in Amsterdam.

We recommend that you contact us in advance to check if the desired item is available in the concerned store, this can be done by phone, email, or chat.
