Product description

A Weighted Swiss Ball is used in the same way as a standard gym ball. It serves as an unstable surface to make exercises more challenging and build core stability, but with the added benefit of a 1 kg iron sand filling. This filling ensures that the ball immediately stops rolling and stays in place, even during intensive workouts.

The Weighted Swiss Ball features the same extra sturdy, robust construction and a load capacity of 500 kg as our Studio Pro Swiss Balls. The gym ball is made of non-slip PVC and is equipped with anti-burst technology, which means the ball safely and slowly deflates in the event of a puncture. The diameter of 65 cm is generally the standard size for people of average height.
