Which covers and trim parts can you find here?

The range includes various plastic and rubber components that cover moving parts, mounting points and openings. These include crank covers, flywheel covers, handle covers, wheel covers, foot covers, seals, end plugs and sleeves for saddle or frame tubes.

Why replace a damaged cover?

A cover often has more than a cosmetic function. Depending on the fitness machine, it may also protect moving components from dust and dirt or prevent access to openings and mounting points. Replacement helps keep the machine complete and tidy.

Individual cover or complete cover set?

Not every product in this category is a complete cover set. Many items are individual covers for one specific location on the machine. Check the product description for exactly what is supplied and whether you need additional components or fixing hardware.

Are covers universal?

Most fitness equipment covers are not universal. Shape, colour, dimensions and mounting points may differ even between models from the same brand. Also look for designations such as left, right, inner, outer, top and bottom.

How do you find the right component?

Identify the fitness machine’s brand, model number and, if possible, serial number. Then compare the product photo, dimensions and mounting points with the existing component. A part number from the manual or exploded diagram is the most reliable way to identify the correct cover.

Replacing a cover safely

Switch electrical fitness equipment off and unplug it from the mains before removing a cover. Electrical connections or moving components may be located behind it. Install the new cover without trapping cables and use the correct screws and mounting points.
