The Gym ball, also called fitness ball or Swiss ball, is a very useful tool for many exercises. These balls are widely used in core and stability training and are also used for physiotherapy in many exercises.

The exercises that you can perform often train multiple muscle groups which makes the exercises very functional.

The Hastings Gym balls are available in 3 different sizes.
You can choose from the diameter of 55, 65 and 75 cm. The balls are supplied with a pump.
