Resistance bands have become indispensable in the modern sports world. The PowerMark PM220 Strength Bands are used worldwide to increase general muscle strength, for injury prevention, and as an essential aid in rehabilitation and mobility training.

These bands have a length of approximately 104 cm and are manufactured from high-quality pure latex. Thanks to the unique, seamless design, the PM220 bands are extremely durable and can withstand the most intensive workouts without losing elasticity.

Full Range & Resistance Levels:

The PowerMark Strength Bands are available in 7 levels, each identifiable by its own color and width:

  • Mini-Light (Yellow): 8 mm - Resistance: 2 - 12 kg
  • XX-Light (Red): 15 mm - Resistance: 2.3 - 22.7 kg
  • X-Light (Purple): 30 mm - Resistance: 11.3 - 36.3 kg
  • Light (Green): 45 mm - Resistance: 22.7 - 54.4 kg
  • Medium (Blue): 65 mm - Resistance: 27.2 - 68.0 kg
  • Heavy (Orange): 85 mm - Resistance: 31.8 - 77.1 kg
  • X-Heavy (Black): 100 mm - Resistance: 36.3 - 90.7 kg
Training Advice: Use the lighter bands (Yellow/Red) for warm-up and mobility, and the heavier bands (Blue to Black) for powerlifting support or as an aid for pull-ups.
