The BodyCraft CFT Compact Functional Trainer offers extensive possibilities for training strength, speed, and sport-specific movements. Thanks to the enormous freedom of movement, the entire body can be strengthened, while simultaneously improving balance and coordination.

Compact design: The smart design allows for placement in any corner of the room (dimensions: L 100.3 x W 125 x H 209.6 cm).
Counter-balanced system: The widely positioned dual pulleys move up and down effortlessly thanks to the counter-balanced system.
Maximum flexibility: The pulleys can be adjusted into 32 different positions and swivel completely, which enables training from any angle and at any desired height.
Weight stack: The station comes standard with a robust 90 kg weight stack.
1:4 cable ratio: This ratio offers a larger range of motion and is therefore ideal for speed training (the effective resistance is a quarter of the selected weight).
Adjustable resistance: By connecting both pulleys with the included chain, a 1:2 ratio is created (the effective resistance is half of the selected weight).
Included accessories: The trainer comes complete with two single handles, two chains, and an ankle strap.

Important assembly instruction: During assembly, the 'Stack Spacers' should not be placed. The station is standard equipped with a full 90 kg weight stack instead of the standard 68 kg.
