Back trainer

Unfolded into its second position, the TriaTrainer is suitable for strengthening the back and glute muscles; the adjustable footrest provides stability during all exercises.

Flat bench

In its fully unfolded position, the TriaTrainer becomes a stylish flat bench, ideally suited for classic bench exercises with or without weights.
