Product description

The Newton Fitness CSR Monolift provides extra ease during your compound workout. This tool replaces the regular J-Hook on your Power Rack, because the Hooks of the Monolift automatically fall back after use.

With the Barbell Squat you do not have to step back after the lift-off to make room for yourself. The J-Hooks fall by themselves backwards. This prevents unnecessary waste of energy with a fully loaded barbell.
