Do you want to improve your mobility or be able to squat deeper? The stackable EPP Squat Wedges offer the perfect support for your heels or toes. The set consists of two 9-degree wedges and one 18-degree wedge. This allows you to train both legs simultaneously at 9 or 18 degrees, or stack the blocks for one leg up to a challenging angle of no less than 36 degrees.

These wedges are made of EPP foam: extremely lightweight and easy to carry, yet indestructible and sturdy enough for the heaviest loads. Whether you are working on deep calf stretches or looking to perfect your squat technique, this set always provides the right angle.
