Foldable system

Where other foldable stations might compromise on quality and stability, this is not the case with the Newton Fitness FSM-500. The station features a stable and sturdy construction and is folded up in no time thanks to the handy folding mechanism. Once folded, the dimensions are only 57x128x220 cm.

Smith machine

The bar of the Smith machine ensures that you can train safely. Where you normally need to hang weight plates on the bar, you do not have to do this with the FSM-500. You can connect both weight stacks to the bar of the Smith machine! This works easily, saves effort, and also makes the station narrower than a normal Smith machine.

Functional Trainer

The station contains two height-adjustable, pivoting pulleys with which you can perform your cable exercises. In total, 30 different heights are possible. Think of exercises such as chest flys, biceps curls, triceps push-downs, and rear delt flys.

Lower pulleys with footrests

In addition to the adjustable pulleys, the FSM-500 also includes two low pulleys with footrests. This allows you to perform seated rows and use both weight stacks at the same time for a maximum back workout.

Weight stack 2 x 90 kg

The Newton Fitness FSM-500 comes standard with two weight stacks of 90 kg each. The ratio is 1:2, which means that the maximum actual weight on each side comes out to 45 kg. Selecting the weight is easy using a pin.

Pull-up Bar

With the specially shaped pull-up bar, you can vary between a wide, neutral, angled, and narrow grip. Unique are the added Rock Grips, with which you specifically strengthen your hand muscles and grip while training.
