Safe and Versatile to the Limit

The Smith bar is equipped with a smooth rotation system: with a simple flick of the wrist backward, you can instantly hook the bar safely into place after your set. You can choose from no less than 20 different lockout heights, providing a perfect starting position for heavy compound exercises such as squats, bench presses, and shoulder presses.

Training alone? No problem. On both sides, there are adjustable safety spotters that safely catch the bar if you fail a rep. This allows you to train to muscular failure with peace of mind every time.
