Product description

The Pivot Fitness FSM Optional Leg Extension Leg Curl can be used in combination with the Pivot Fitness FSM-200 and FSM-400 to perform the Leg Extension and Leg Curl exercise. These are two important exercises for the thigh muscles, which makes this set a valuable addition to your station. You can place the attachment in one of the uprights and perform the Leg Extension with the help of a separate weight bench; you can perform the Leg Curl exercise standing. Both rollers can be set to the desired angle, so you can adopt the correct posture for both exercises. The attachment uses Olympic weight plates as a counterweight; the sleeve's capacity is approx. 19 cm.

Please note: You can use the Pivot Fitness FSM Optional Leg Extension Leg Curl in combination with the Pivot Fitness FSM-200 and FSM-400, but it is also suitable for the Newton Fitness BLK-4000.
