The entry-level wooden-framed WaterRower, the VR3, offers a lower-cost alternative to the WaterRower Original Series. The VR3 features the same patented WaterFlywheel technology and dual rail seat action as other models in the WaterRower range.

Water tank

The most important feature is its water tank and how it works: The unique WaterFlywheel design uses a specially formed paddle to cup the moving water, reduce slippage and produce an unrivalled simulation of the benefits of rowing.
