With the Pivot Fitness PT-HTP Hip Thrust Pad, you can perform the Hip Thrust exercise in combination with one of the racks from the Pivot HR series-a key exercise for strong glutes! The pad is easy to attach to your rack, and thanks to its angled design, it provides better upper-back support compared to a regular weight bench.
In addition, you won't have any issues with the weight bench shifting during the exercise. As resistance, you can use an Olympic barbell and bumper plates, but a resistance band or dumbbell will also work.
