Product description

Silicone oil is the essential lubricant to keep a treadmill smooth, quiet, and free from excessive wear.

Why use silicone oil?

Friction reduction: Prevents friction between the running belt and the underlying board (the deck)
Less wear on the motor: Prevents the motor from overheating or burning out due to excessive resistance
Noise reduction: Effectively eliminates squeaking or rubbing noises during running or walking
Safe for materials: Safe for rubber and PVC (unlike mineral oils or WD-40)

How do you apply it?

1. Turn off the machine: Safety first; always unplug the power cord from the wall socket
2. Lift the belt: Loosen the running belt slightly if necessary and lift the side of the belt
3. Apply the oil: Spray or drip the oil in a zigzag pattern onto the deck beneath the belt
4. Distribute the oil: Run the belt for 3 to 5 minutes at a low speed (2-3 km/h) and walk on it gently
