With these beautiful dumbbells, you replace a whole series of individual dumbbells, which saves a lot of space. Each dumbbell can be adjusted from 4 kg up to 20 kg. Thanks to the ingenious system, every weight can be adjusted easily and quickly. Are you ready for a higher weight? Then this basic set can optionally be expanded to a maximum weight of no less than 2 x 61 kg.

Smart and fast adjustment system

Each dumbbell consists of one 4 kg handle, two 1 kg collars, two 1 kg steel plates, and six 2 kg steel plates. This allows the weight per dumbbell to be precisely adjusted from 4 kg up to 20 kg. You do not have to unscrew the threaded collars completely: you loosen the collar a little bit, place the plate on it, and tighten the collar again. This system is very user-friendly, meaning you spend little time setting the desired weight. The plates connect perfectly via two pins and two grooves. This ensures they stay firmly in place during training and make hardly any noise.

Grows with your progress

Because the dumbbells are adjustable from 4 to 20 kg, they are suitable for many different exercises and usable for every training level, from beginner to advanced. In addition, this set can be expanded with separate 8 kg (2 x 4 kg) extension sets up to a weight of 36 kg per dumbbell. Do you want to train even heavier? From 36 kg per dumbbell, you can order a set of longer collars so that more plates fit on the dumbbell. This allows you to eventually increase the weight up to a maximum of 61 kg per dumbbell!
