The included premium magnetic J-Hooks and safety spotter arms can be easily adjusted for all your heavy compound lifts. Lat & Row Attachment

Built from high-quality, heavy-duty steel for maximum structural integrity, the Lat & Row attachment supports a weight load of up to 120 kg. In its standard plate-loaded configuration, the smooth-gliding weight sleeves accept olympic plates (50 mm).
