The BLK-4000 is similar to many of our other Smith Machines. This model is rock solid and suitable for the most heavy workouts. Sleek design and full of various options. The BLK-4000 is an unmissable addition to any (sports) space.

Dimensions
The dimensions of 144x184x223 cm are based on how the BLK-4000 is shown in the first photo. Are you adding a loose barbell? If so, take the total width including the Olympic barbell into account.

Advanced pulley-swivel

With the BLK-4000, you have the Cable Crossover right at home. You can aim the extra-long pulley outwards to utilize a Cable Crossover for Chest Flys. You can easily adjust the pulley in more than 15 positions. Curious about how smooth the cables run? Because of the extra-large pulleys, you will not notice any difference compared to the gym.

Smith Machine and Power Rack

Training safely is always the number one priority. The Smith Machine provides this possibility by removing the need for balancing. This allows you to focus on strength or learning the movement. In addition, the BLK-4000 also offers the possibility to train with a free Olympic barbell. For this, you can use the short and long spotters of the station.

Smith Machine

Using the Smith Machine, you can perform your exercises safely. The bar of the Smith Machine features bearings to ensure a smooth movement. In total, there are 12 different heights where you can place the bar and its Safety Spotters. The total length of the bar is 183 cm and the loading capacity for Olympic weight plates is 30 cm on each side.

Full Weight Stack: 2 x 90 kg weight stack

The BLK-4000 comes with 2 full weight stacks of 90 kg each. The ratio is 1:2 and each plate of the weight stack weighs 4.5 kg. Selecting the desired weight is very easy using a pin.

Rock Grips

You will find Rock Grips on the pull-up bars of the BLK-4000. With these, you can strengthen your hand muscles and grip, and the grips provide variation during training.

Adjustable support

You can use the adjustable support as a 'leg lock' to prevent your body from moving upwards. The type of support is interchangeable, allowing you to use the included cushion as back support while doing Chest Flys. The bar is adjustable in various heights and angles.
