Heavy Duty Smith Machine

The major advantage of the Smith Machine is safety. You can set the safety spotters at the desired height, allowing you to push for maximum results during your training with slightly more weight than when using a free barbell. A unique feature of the Smith bar is that it feels weightless, and you can add actual weight using Olympic plates.

This also allows you to train very lightly and perform exercises to perfection. The Smith Machine bar is also bearing-mounted, providing smooth movement with minimal friction during your workout. It is suitable even for the heaviest workouts, as the maximum load capacity of the Smith bar is 400 kg.

Squat Rack

You can also train with free weights in combination with an (optional) barbell. The J-hooks can be set at the desired height for your exercise. You can place the barbell in the J-hooks. Safety is also a priority, which is why the FSM-400 includes safety spotters.

The safety spotters can handle up to 280 kg and catch the barbell in case of emergency, ensuring a safe workout.

Cable Cross

Add countless exercises with the cable cross, connected to two 90 kg weight stacks. Each pulley of the cable cross can be used independently or together. The cable cross comes standard with two single handles.
